Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
6oz strawberry frozen yogurt that is fat free or reduced in sugar
5 large strawberries
4oz diet lemonade or sugar free lemonade
2 teaspoons of sugar or 1 gram
Tropical Tofu Berry Smoothie Recipe
1 banana
3/4 cup of blueberries
1 cup of strawberries
3” cube of soft tofu
1 cup of vanilla yogurt that is fat free or reduced in sugar
1 cup of skimmed milk
Blend the banana, tofu, vanilla yogurt and milk together until finally adding the strawberries and blueberries.
Tomato Smoothie Recipe
2 cups of chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup of carrots
1/4 cup of celery
1/2 cup of tomato juice
1/4 cup of apple juice
2 cups of ice
Tabasco sauce or any hot sauce to taste
