Breakfast Smoothies

A breakfast smoothie is ideal to have in the morning. Taking between 2 – 5 minutes to prepare and even less time to drink it. Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, yet as adults and children rush out to jobs and school, there seems less time to prepare a breakfast and sit down to eat it. That is why breakfast smoothies are really healthy and are full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and general goodness to help get you going for the day. They can be drank while your getting ready for work or school without having to sit down.

Breakfast smoothies are a great idea as they are so quick to prepare. I love the idea of the Crunchy Breakfast Smoothie, especially as flax seed is so good for you. My grandson will love the peanut butter and banana smoothie, I think I will make it for him next time he sleeps over! Thanks for some great recipe ideas.
